David K. Tutor, MD

Dr. Tutor received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, Memphis in 1989. He specializes in Occupational Medicine and has over 25 years experience in clinical practice. He is the current chairman of the Medical Advisory Committee to the Tennessee Bureau of Worker’s Compensation.

Irmalynn Mooneyham, MSN, FNP

Linnie is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center with more than two decades of clinical experience, including primary care, urgent care, surgical and industrial contexts. Linnie earned her MSN at Tennessee State University and completed her bachelors work at Middle Tennessee State University. She additionally holds many certifications and expertise in a wide range of procedures and diagnostics.

Brooke Estes, DNP, FNP-C

Brooke is a Family Nurse Practitioner certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She received both her Master’s and Doctorate degree in Nursing from Lincoln Memorial University. Her experience includes primary care, family medicine and occupational health in the outpatient setting. Her primary focus is in telemedicine.

Grant H Davis, MS, LAT, ATC

Working closely with clinical and administrative teams, Grant will ensure Tap To Treat delivers exceptional services and supports day-to-day operations. Prior to joining the Tap To Treat team, Grant worked with companies helping to lower their recordable rate through prevention programs and promoting workplace healthy habits.

Tonya Tutor

Tonya received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. She has worked in occupational health administration for 17 years and is the core component of our business office.

Letitia Love, MSOT/R

Letitia is an occupational therapist with over 16 years experience in skilled nursing and home health. She has an extensive background in social work, triage, crisis management, and community mental health services. She graduated in 2006 with a Master’s in occupational therapy. She has worked most recently as a director of rehabilitation services and utilization management.
